With over 35 years of experience in all facets of television production, Glenn "GT" Taylor is a veteran creative leader in the unscripted space. He began his career as a camera operator, quickly advancing to Director of Photography and then rising through the ranks to become a Director, Producer, Executive Producer, and Creator.

His early cinematography credits include groundbreaking reality series such as Road Rules, The Real World, and Temptation Island. As both Co-Executive Producer and Director, GT helped bring to life hit shows like the two-time Emmy-winning Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, Kitchen Nightmares and Hotel Hell with Gordon Ramsay, and Bar Rescue with Jon Taffer. He also directed standout titles like Joe Millionaire and Beat the Chefs.
